Professional Development in the Division of Student Life is committed to enhancing the competency of over 275 staff members. The office strategically designs trainings, structures and processes to further enhance the progression and experience of SL Staff at all levels of their professional journey. Student Life Professional Development serves as a qualified aid and dedicated support system to SL professionals and administrators in order to foster success and a sense of belonging in all functional areas of student life at the University of Alabama.
