Refresh Your Mind

It can be helpful to give yourself a quick refresher of the hiring process from your own point-of-view and the applicant’s. See the on-boarding guide for new employees to get a sense of what the applicant is dealing with, then view the supervisor’s onboarding guide to look over the tools and resources available to ensure a smooth hiring process for the department and potential new employee.
